Early Arrival Dinner:
For folks who arrive early enough for dinner on Tuesday, we are hosting a pre-welcome dinner at 7:30 PM at Park City Brewing, located in Kimball Junction, a 5-minute walk from the hotel. We also invite all those who arrive early enough in the day on Wednesday to ski at Deer Valley before the event officially begins.
Wednesday, March 22:
You can pick up your registration materials and welcome bags from 3–5 pm on Wednesday in the Newpark’s Conference Center.
The event officially kicks off Wednesday evening with a cocktail reception in the Newpark’s Skybridge Lounge from 5–6:30 PM. A Welcome Reception will follow!
Attire:
Every single event at the UnConference is “ski casual”! You can wear your gear or jeans to our facilitated networking sessions, Après Ski events, and dinners.
