When and where is UnConference?
UnConference will take place March 17-19, 2026, at The Grand Summit Hotel in Park City, Utah — located right on the slopes of Park City Mountain Resort!
What makes UnConference different from other franchise conferences?
As the name suggests, UnConference breaks the mold. There are no long days of panels or back-to-back sessions. Instead, we host just two hours of structured programming each morning, followed by afternoons filled with intimate networking activities — from chairlift conversations on the slopes to curated group excursions for non-skiers.
Here, you’ll network while doing something you love — skiing, snowboarding, dining, or exploring — all alongside some of the most respected names in franchising.
Do I have to ski or snowboard to enjoy UnConference?
Not at all! Each year, we organize a variety of alternative group activities for non-skiers, such as cooking classes, distillery tours, snowmobiling, and more. (This year’s activities will be announced closer to the event — stay tuned for sign-up details.)
Is there an event app?
Yes! You can find us in the apple app store under the “franchisors.com” app, featuring our three conference logos as the image. We use this app to share real time updates during the event, so make sure to have it downloaded in advance! Our app also lets you connect directly with other attendees, speakers, and mentors, serving as the hub for our franchisors.community.

When will the agenda be released?
UnConference doesn’t follow a rigid agenda like traditional conferences — and that’s the beauty of it. Each morning features about two hours of intentional programming, designed to spark conversation and connection. Afternoons are reserved for networking activities, and evenings feature unforgettable group dinners and parties at some of Park City’s most stunning venues.

Where is the UnConference Welcome Reception?
We’re kicking things off in style with our Welcome Reception at The Warehouse Motor Club, an incredible destination that blends luxury automotive culture with fine dining and art-gallery vibes. Think collector cars as art, craft cocktails, and the perfect atmosphere to meet new people before hitting the slopes.
Where do we ski?
All skiing and snowboarding take place on the Canyons side of Park City Mountain Resort — right outside the Grand Summit. Ski-in, ski-out access makes it effortless to balance networking and adventure.
Where can I rent skis or snowboards?
On-site rentals are available at the Canyons base area. We recommend reserving in advance to take advantage of our UnConference discounted rates, and to use the ski concierge, who will hold your equipment overnight for convenience.
Is there a pool or spa?
Yes! The Grand Summit features a year-round outdoor heated pool and jacuzzis, so don’t forget your swimsuit.
Registration & Payment:
How much does it cost to attend?Registration rates for UnConference vary by attendee type:
- Franchisors: $850 per attendee
- Franchisees: $850 per attendee
- Suppliers: $5,000 for one attendee (plus $500 for one additional attendee, capped at two total)UnConference is intentionally designed as an intimate, high-value experience — where everyone, from founders to suppliers, shares the same spaces, conversations, and chairlifts. Every registration directly supports keeping this event one-of-a-kind and community-driven.
What is included with my registration?
Your registration covers all programming, networking events, and official evening parties — plus most meals and beverages throughout the event. Every aspect of UnConference is curated to create connection, so once you arrive, your focus can stay on the experience.
Can I bring my spouse or guest?
Absolutely! Significant others are welcome to join for $500. Please note that due to Utah alcohol laws, children are not permitted at official UnConference events.
What is the cancellation/refund policy?
All registrations are non-refundable. However, substitutions are allowed at any time. If you need to speak with someone regarding your registration, please email Lane at lfisher@fisherzucker.com.
Can I pay with check?
We don’t accept checks. All payments must be made through our official registration platform using a credit card or ACH transfer.

Travel & Logistics:
What is the venue and how do I book my room?
All UnConference events take place at The Grand Summit Hotel at Park City Resort. This is the heart of the action, where attendees ski, network, and unwind. Book early! The room block is a substantial discount from the rack rate and will expire on the earlier of the room block expiration date or when the block is full. You at strongly encouraged to book early or risk staying at a neighboring property.

Which airport should I fly into?
Fly into Salt Lake City International Airport (SLC). It’s approximately a 45–60 minute drive to Park City.
Will I need to rent a car?
Car rental isn’t necessary — the Grand Summit Hotel is ski-in/ski-out, and nearly all UnConference events take place right on-site. For airport transfers, rideshares, taxis, and shuttle services are all easily available and reliable. Once you’re at the resort, you won’t need a car to get around.
Is transportation provided between the hotel and conference events?
All UnConference events take place on-site at the Canyons, with the exception of the Welcome Reception at The Warehouse Motor Club. Complimentary motorcoach transportation will be provided to and from the venue. Transportation is also included for all optional off-site activities.
The Grand Summit Hotel is located directly on the mountain, with a ski lift just steps from the back doors — meaning everything you need is right at your fingertips. There’s no driving around or coordinating shuttles between sessions and activities; it’s all happening in one incredible, ski-in/ski-out location.
What should I wear?
UnConference embraces a relaxed, mountain-casual atmosphere. Mornings are comfortable and often ski-ready — many attendees come dressed to head directly to the slopes afterward. Business attire is not required or expected.
Evening events carry the same casual, après-ski feel. While guests often opt for stylish sweaters, jeans, or mountain-inspired attire, there’s no formal dress code. Comfort and connection come first.

Yes — but this isn’t a traditional trade show. UnConference is about authentic relationship-building, not sales pitches.

Where do we send swag or promotional items?
Please plan for 200 useful items or snacks (no printed materials, please). Shipments should arrive no later than Friday, March 7, 2026, and be labeled as follows:
